We us the most technologically advanced garage floor coating chemicals on the market today. A garage floor finished with our Polyaspartic clear coat will never yellow, fade or loose its shine like traditional urethane floor coatings that many companies are still using. Hot tire lift up (most common with the do it yourself kits) is a thing of the past!
We will diamond grind EVERY garage floor, peroid.
A little extra work is not worth the risk of our floor failing later. Any oil stains are then removed with an industrial degreaser.
Cracks are then filled and joints are cleaned out.
We then apply a primer and basecoat. While the basecoat is still wet, vinyl paint chips are fully broadcast over the wet floor. We like to cover the entire floor with chips. Not only does this give your garage floor the "granite" look, but adds an extra layer of protection to your new garage floor.
The next step is to scrape up and collect the unused flakes and prepare the garage floor for its final coat. After the clearcoat is applied, your new garage floor can be walked on in as little as 3 hours and belive it or not, you can park on it the next day. No more waiting 72 hours or longer to put your stuff back in the garage, with the technology of polyaspartic, your new floor is ready that evening (of course in Florida we sometimes have to say "weather permitting").
